Isalean Shake - Rich Chocolate - Dairy Free/Plant Based Protein - 14 Packets - Isagenix 31oz

In having identified some issues with dairy AND gluten, I was looking for a product that might work for me. I had used Isagenix a # of years back and liked the product and the flavor, but this one unfortunately is not anything I can get past. I've tried it more than once, with and without ice -- and I don't like Coconut so coconut milk was out the door as well. I think it's still a good product, just not for me.

Oh my! This is not good. I really like the regular Isalean chocolate shake. That one tastes great and is creamy. I worried that the dairy in that one was aggravating my stomach so I bought this. What a mistake. It is thin not creamy but I could get past that. The taste is horrible. I wish I could return it and even with all the money I spent I couldn’t bring myself to finish a single serving. It is awful! I have tried many protein powders and this is more like a straight powder than a shake. It is chalky, unpleasant tasting. They didn’t try to make it palatable but you will need to in order to use this. I cringe at the calories I will need to add to get my money’s worth—perhaps with milk as the base plus lots of fruit? Ugh. Wish me luck.

I don’t know why people say this tastes bad it tastes GREAT to me! It’s a vegan protein & vegan protein is not as sweet as whey protein. This is totally edible & actually GOOD! I 100% think plant based protein is wayyyy better than whey. This is the only way I would do Isagenix because whey protein doesn’t sit right with me. This is Delish & helpful for weight loss!

This is now awful. Bad taste, bad texture and bad for my tummy. The dairy free individual packets were delicious and perfect. For some reason, they changed the formula and now this stuff literally makes me sick.

I haven’t ordered this in a while. Did they change the ingredients? It’s AWFUL! I couldn’t even finish 1 and I used to LOVE them!!! I’m so sad.

I was using the Isagenix IsaLean Plant Based Rich Chocolate diary free/gluten free shake for about a year and I absolutely loved it. Unfortunately Isagenix discontinued that product and replaced it with this new shake which tastes awful as if you are drinking medicine. Its absolutely disgusting! I was not able to finish my first glass and threw the rest down the sink. Fortunately I was able to return the unused bags of shakes for a full refund. I still have flash backs of the disgusting medicine taste in my mouth. I wish Isagenix did not discontinue the original product which I loved and at least gave customers the choice to decide whether they want to stick with the old IsaLean Plant Based Rich Chocolate diary free formula or buy this new one. Sadly I am now in the hunt for a new plant based diary free/gluten free protein shake from another company.

Really dislike the taste. I have to add powdered peanut butter just to be able to drink it. Yuck. I enjoyed all the other flavors I’ve tried.
