1.5mm for VRAM on my 3080 Ti
I decided to replace the thermal pads on my 3080 Ti.I tried the 2mm pads, but they were too thick for my cooler, even when you try to flattern them, this did not work.Seems older coolers on the 3080 use the 2mm pads.As pictured, my cooler manufactured date is 17th May 2021, so there seems to be a difference between 3080 Ti and 3080 coolers.Best to check your cooler M/date and research what pad thickness you need. When using 2mm pads, the cooler was not making good contact with the GPU Die, even with plenty of thermal paste applied. As soon as you put load on the card, the temps would go to to its thermal throttle limits. Not good. With 1.5mm pads on the VRAMs and 3mm on the back of the card, the temps dropped ~10c on my VRAMs.Using Noctua HT-N2 paste, I saw about ~5c drop on the core.

Good thermals, relatively easy to work with
After a fair amount of research I came to the conclusion that Gelid is one of the the best, or at least better thermal pad solutions on the market... I wouldn't say it's cheap, but it is fairly priced; it stung a little bit that I needed to get 1 mm, 2 mm and 3 mm pieces to be sure that I would have all the right thicknesses to repad my graphics card, and that of course starts to add up. However that isn't Gelid's fault...Thermally I can't actually definitive answer as to how much it dropped temperatures, because I was actually installing an aftermarket dual water block on my GPU so it wouldn't be a like-for-like comparison... The water blocks did come with thermal pants, however like I say, having already spent a fortune, I wanted to install the best...What I can say is that with the hefty AIB three slot triple fan blower on the card with stock pads and compund, I was getting about 80C degrees on the GPU die, and nearly 90C on the GPU memory... On the dual front and rear EK water blocks with these Gelid thermal pads on the memory, and thermal grizzly kryonaut on the die, both die and memory peak at 62C now. With much lower (and therefore quieter) fan speeds. 👍😁👍

Great, although pricey, stuff!
Bought two packs of these pads to replace the stock material on my Xbox One X as I was replacing the paste on the APU and thought I may as well do the lot.The 2.0mm was what I figured out you needed for the XBox, and from other reviews I gathered I’d need two packs as this is only 8x4cm. Turns out, if you’re not worried about the Southbridge chip on the reverse of the board, you can easily do the 12 RAM chips (about 11x14mm each) and the VRMs with a single sheet of this. As I bought two anyway I used the second pack to do the Southbridge but could have fudged it with the remaining scraps or reused the original pad if I needed to.All the credit can’t just go to this material as I obviously replaced the paste as well, but the XBox fan has dropped about 25dB and is noticeably quieter. Essentially silent in a normal room on high load from demanding games. I totally believe the higher-than-average specs on this material and it was easy to use and a joy to apply (especially compared to the mess Made taking the stock pads off).Aside from the rather hefty price tag I’d say this stuff is perfect, and probably overkill for my application, but well recommended!

Not better than orginal stock one
My graphic card is Gigabyte Vision RTX 3080Ti OC.I heard about how bad the orginal stock thermal pads were, so I decided to try to replace it.Before replacement,10 mins Furmark stress test, GPU memory was around 106° C.I changed it to 2mm GP-EXTREME, 10 min test, was around 108°C.It even raised by 2°C I though maybe it is too thick. So I order 1.5mm, the temperature is 104°C-106°C.Hugh disappointed.Wated £30 for none improvement at all.

does work on xbox one x but 1 is not enough
put pic of the packaging as some people say it a lot small then it looks in the pics so did that. and the pics of the product make it a bit misleading as in pics shows there are 2 strips but you only get 1 that needs to change and put some were clear you only get 1 pad as i can't see it say that anywhere. There is not enough to do the xboxs vram and there is bit more on the back as well but not got a picture of that one. so if buying for a xbox x will need 2 for sure as i had to reuse 2 of the best ones from old pad as the rest were bit dry and cracking up. it is worth it to replace them as got my xbox on nov 2017 and this is first time open it and it was dry paste and getting dry pads with cracks.
