It's plastic coated reeds. Very easy to use. & I feel this will be work longer.

Good but it is very hard and difficult to blow

Bamboo coated with hard plastic. Very difficult to blow. You get out of your breath easily if you are a beginner, and on top of it, the lower notes will not be played because of the hardness. Try a 1.5 strength bamboo/ cane reed instead!

After few hours of playing it chipped. The sound is not vibrant as normal Rico reeds.
