Let's me in to a new way of training.
Using this to learn flows. A new way of achieving a full body workout. Good quality rope and very durable. Will definitely be having fun with this.

This is the very best flowrope!
I already own the Flowzilla [beige, and slightly stiffer than this one] and the Funky Zen [purple and flexible but much lighter] and I can say without question that the Phoenix [red and flexible] is the very best one. The Octomoves App is very informative and useful and I enjoy rope 'flowing' every single day. I think everyone should use an 'Octomoves Flow Rope!

Addictive
Wasn't sure about this, but decided to try it out. It's a lot of money for a bit of rope, but it's very good quality, and nicely finished. Also doesn't seem to tangle up, so much better than using some random piece of rope.Lots of free tutorials on YouTube to get going.Surpringly tiring using the heavier rope - about 5 minutes and I'm feeling the effort. The skills can be challenging, but it's an addictive experience.Overall, I can see this being an exercise routine I'll stick with, and it's easy to take with you if you're away.

Not Very Long
The rope seems to be good quality but mine only measures a little over 8 feet between the handles. It's smaller than a generic skipping rope you'd get from a shop.

Very expensive bit of rope.
Rolling rope or Rope flow, is wonderful exercise. The rope Octomove send is very nice quality and finished well. But very Expensive. certainly not worth the money,Much the same can be obtained from a local Chandler at a fraction of the cost,The app is nothing you cannot learn from You tube.

Love it
was a little sceptical at first but after watching the octomove instructions on YouTube I find it's not a difficult as it looks, just take it slow, my shoulders feel less tight and it definitely has a meditative feel when using the rope

A very expensive bit if rope.
It is a very nice bit of rope. It feels very good in the hand, it has a very nice weight and has good movement (some rope can be quite stiff). You can tell that a lot of thought has gone into this rope. But, even so, it is still very expensive for what it is.As for the use of it, I got this to help with shoulder injuries. Rope flow is a nice gentle way of opening up the shoulders and increasing blood flow to the area. It's also a good way of improving coordination if that's something you struggle with. I find it can also be quite meditative. When you open the box there is a QR code that takes you to their app download page (why does everything have to take up space on my phone?!). On the app you will find the free starter course that is also available on YouTube whether you buy the rope or not. The reason they want you to get the app is to encourage you to buy additional, more advanced courses. If I'm being less critical, I think they seem to also be trying to build a sense of community through the app.At the time of this review, this bit of rope is selling for £55 on Prime (normally £65). For that price I personally think they should include additional lessons on top of the ones they give freely to anyone that stumbles across them on YouTube.
