Ok the arm bands are too small

This no longer works after 3 weeks of use.

I have lost a lot of weight, but this is very tight, not much spare strapping.

A little difficult to get fasten on

Wanted to strengthen leg muscles. Had to use extra strap to fit around thigh, tickled a bit even when prewetted as recommended, probably need to try with gel packs. Charging cable missing. Not impressed!

I have been using this EMS muscle stimulator for 3 weeks now. I bought this product for the purposes of getting better shape and tightening my pelvic muscle, not for pain relief purpose. The delivery was super fast. It comes with a long belt for the abdomen and two short belts for the arms. I like the fact that you only need to spray waters on the gel rather than changing a new gel pad every time. You can charge the 3 power pods at the same time and normally a night charge will last 7 days for me with 3 hours running time everyday, which surprised me a little bit. It has 10 modes and 32 levels of strength that you can choose from. When I first started I only choose level 5 as stronger level could irritate your skin. After use it for 7 days I gradually increased the level now I use level 30 for the max benefit. The program will stop every 20 mins and I normally give my skin and muscle a 30 mins rest after 1 program and then repeat until I use for 3 hours to get a better result. I am 40, pretty slim but I piled a lot of fat on my belly after I had my 3 children and it is hard to get rid of the fat. Sadly my pelvic muscle was weakened as well since give birth and if I cough hard I could have an accident which is really embracing. I never expect this product could help me so much as you can see from my photo my shape is getting better and I can feel my muscle is getting stronger. My tummy is not as flat as when I am 20 but I can definitely see result after using this stimulator for 3 weeks. The user’s guide booklet is easy to read however I think if it could have informaron about the targets of each mode that would be even better. I searched online I think mode 1&4 is for fat burning, 5&7 is for stronger muscle and 8&10 is for better shape. Correct me if I am wrong. If you want to use the two short belts for your legs you need to attach an extension belt. However the package only comes with 1 extension belt rather than 2, which means only 1 arm and 1 leg at once then switch to the other side. I would suggest maybe include 2 extension belts rather than 1 for the seller. Generally speaking I think this is a great product that can help you get better shape and strengthen your muscle. I am glad I bought it.

I bought this for my wife who is 14 weeks postpartum, in order to regain some muscle strength without needing to go to the gym.This is a very reasonably priced product and you can go about your day while the machine works, results are slow and steady but definitely noticeable even after a short time.
