These are easy to clean and it's easy to remove your muffin or cupcake from the pan. However, removing the pan from the oven is very difficult. The pan is flopsy because of the silicone. It's hard to get it into the oven and even harder to get it out. The silicone doesn't slide on the oven rack. I used a spatula on the "pan" and it got stuck, too. The entire contraption bends and flops all over the place. By the time you get the pan out of the oven, sometimes the muffins have collapsed on themselves.

I sometimes like to freeze larger portions than what I can get in an ice cube tray, such as eggs, sourdough starter, and fruit compotes. Once the food is frozen it is easy to peel it out of the silicone and freeze in vacuum ziplock type bags. Then I can just grab one portion, about half a cup , reseal the bag, and use it. With metal pans I had to use sprays such as Pam and it was always a battle to remove the contents , plus the oily mess from the spray. I have to admit I tried to make corn muffins in them once and it was a disaster removing them so the 4 star review.

No more scrubbing metal pan when everything sticks. These work perfectly every time and they are easy to clean. Love them!

Anything you bake in this comes right out. I still put a small amount of spray oil on bottom but not sure if it’s needed .

First use of these molds was for protein strawberry muffin tops. These molds are great and easy to use. I did spray them, and filled the the mix. The molds do need to be put on a cookie sheet for stability, a common practice with silicon molds. Tops just slid right off the mold, too. I can't wait to try English muffins and cookies on these molds.

These are absolutely wonderful to use. Not that sturdywhen muffin pans are full with unbaked batter, BUT, theclean-up is a breeze. I would buy these again!! Barb G
