This is a high-value, low cost, high quality product. It is a great product that I use for it's intended purpose -- cleaning carbs and choke valves. I have also found a lot of other uses around the house in which this product works great for:1. Engine Parts Cleaning: Apart from carburetors and chokes, the cleaner can effectively clean other engine parts, such as throttle bodies, fuel injectors, and intake valves. It helps remove carbon deposits and varnish buildup.2. Gumout is a good name brand in automotive chemicals. This spray can of carb cleaner works great and has a very potent cleaning fluid. I use these mostly for cleaning carburetors on small engine applications. Good product, good price, easy to use . Thanks.

So many products new and old to do the job this does. Clean gunk off of metal, in particular carburetors. I have tried several of the more expensive carb cleaners that I had seen video reviews on that claim to do miracles. I feel I have wasted my money on those other products paying two and three times as much with the same or worse results. Gummout has been around forever. I realize that there is a reason some companies last. They give the public a product that does what it says it will do. That is all we ask of a product. Aside from the companies that chose money over their customers and sold their name/brand off I will buy a name I know over one that I don't. It makes shopping easier and in the end, I save money. Even with all the current environmental laws Gummout has found a way to manufacture a cleaner that works. It still does the job, just not quite as good as it did in the past with the high voc content.
