Good product.

Kosher version is delicious. Vanilla. I add extra ice in my little blender. Yum-ee!

This stuff blends funny like your drinking foam, it does make you full, my husband didn’t care for it , to me it was okay, just didn’t like texture when it’s blended. It does give a full feeling but not big on the taste of foaming shake.

It helps to lose weight.
