Flimsy wood, arrived broken. Amazon pickup infinitely delayed
The wood / cane used inside is quite flimsy. The pic shows the front part. Was broken but covered with the thread.. maybe it broke in shipping but nevertheless such flimsy material doesn't inspire confidence to use.. worse is amazon return is not happening. Nobody is coming to pickup and one guy who came didn't pick up saying he can fit in scooter, but marked it as "return cancelled".. quite a painful experience.. hopefully will resolve soon

The Jula seat is stiched at off centre. Waste of money
Jula seat stiched at off centre resulting movement of jula in awkward direction. Waste of money for the procuct list as Amazon’s fulfilled. Swinging action can not be utilised because of this.Customer shortlisted the before purchase order by Amazon’s fulfilled product.

Product is expensive when compare to quality.
Product is expensive when compare to quality also, accessories are not enough I had to buy metal change to make it to with height of my ceiling. don't think it will last for more than few months. and this is true.. rope broken after few month usage.. very down quality product..

Very good material and hanging chain. Just 2 feet extra chain is missing as its normal size which is required.
