Excellent quality omega. Contains a decent amount of both DHA and EPA (not all do) which is important for supporting heart health. Easy to swallow, small capsules and I like the lemon flavour that covers any lingering sea weed/fishy taste.

The media could not be loaded. As a vegetarian these are a great alternative to fish oil. Easy to swallow and the lemon flavour avoids any lingering fishy aftertaste algae oil often has.I know it’s important to supplement with omega for cognitive function and it’s hard to get enough from my normal veggie diet. Also, I fly frequently and have definitely noticed a difference in the condition of my skin since taking these, feels less dry.

Easy to swallow and tastes really fresh. I have been taking them for just over a week and already my skin feels better and I feel I have improved concentration too which is great. I was searching for an alternative to fish oils so the sustainable algae oil in this product is perfect for me. I am very picky about what supplements I take so have done my research and I believe it has paid off.

I always like to have a good quality Omega 3 supplement as I do feel it is quite an important one to take if you feel you don't eat enough naturally occurring foods. As I always do, I selected this particular one as it doesn't contain any unnecessary fillers, binders or any other nasties that some suppliers can sneak in.This particular Omega 3 is suitable for Vegans as is derived from Algae oil. The soft gels are small and very easy to swallow. You are advised to take two a day and this can be with or without food, which I always prefer as then I'm not restricted to taking them at a particular time. They also use a citrus scent sachet in the packet to keep them fresh. If you take a big sniff into the bag, it does smell very lemony and you can detect a lemon taste when you put them on your tongue, which was pleasant for me. The only thing I did experience was after I took them on the first occasion, I had been drinking a fizzy drink, which obviously makes you burp, and I could taste them, which was a bit yuck!Aside from that, I am happy with these supplements. The price may seem a little high for a month's supply but if they work, it is worth the investment.
