Perfect "pot party" for a small spice garden. The saucer that goes underneath is a little flimsy so it's not super stable with it, but I would recommend just using another saucer or none at all. Without the provided saucer, it's very sturdy. Also, if you want 6 plants instead of 9 plants, you can mix and match the layers easily. For the price, it's a very cute little set-up.

It is not exceptionally heavy plastic which makes the base somewhat flimsy, but once you get the “connector” attached it is much sturdier. I recommend assembling it where you plan to keep it. It’s not going to want to move much once you get it planted. You will have to remove the two top tiers first, then assemble. Very pretty especially with the contrasting green plants

The style of the planter is great. The materials are very cheap. The plastic base came warped. It is so bad the different tiers will not stack properly.

Not the most stable unit. I think if you used it outside you can put a rod or stake down the center of the 4 pieces to keep them together. They did come with letters on the inside, I received 1-a and 2-b’s. I may have been missing the c. But , I used a threaded rod with large washers to hold everything together. It works fantastic now. I love it because I can use different plantings in it. I even put my vegetating orchids pots in a few of the spots so I can pull them out and give them their water baths. I drilled a few more holes in the top piece to have better drainage for the succulents and cacti.I decided to add a new picture.

I am so disappointed in the quality of this product. I just received it and when I opened it I found a base and three trays. Apparently the stackable trays just sit on top of each other unsecured so if touched could just tumble over. It came with no instructions so I guess there is no assembly. They just sit on top of each other. The plastic base was all mis shaped and bent so much so the the unsecured trays won't sit on top of each other. I got it today and I returned it today.

The plant tower works as expected. I live in Phoenix, AZ and the true test of hot desert sun is yet to come but I expect this product to weather just fine. I intended to grow strawberries but didn’t order in time for the current growing season. I have it in partial shade, mainly to shield my nascent plants from bird depredations. I would buy again.

The base tray was warped so that the unit would wobble if I could put it together. But it also seems to need some sort of pole in the center to hold it all together, and that didn't come with it. I'll try to make it work, but it certainly is not something I would recommend.
