I was taking RAW women's multivitamin and at first I thought they were great but with time they started to really drag me down. I was getting exhausted and having a lot of bloating issues. I love Animal Pak and when I saw this I dropped the other crap and ordered right away. I LOVE these vitamins. Never give me tummy upsets, or acid reflux, and I always feel great taking them. I'm on my second bottle and do not regret the price point. Well worth it ladies! They keep me motivated and feeling sharp even if I get stuck in the office all day.

I really didnt think they were helping until I stop taking them. I didnt think it was helping with my joint pain, wrong. Discomfort dropped from 8 to 4. That helped me sleep better. I didnt think it was giving me energy. I guess I thought it would be like caffeine. I was less motivated in the gym. Im not a hard core gym rat. I did notice I was not working as hard without them. My bowels went from 3x a week, to daily. Im hooked. ps there is a slight taste of pepper. Oh, they made me sick when I took them on an empty stomach. But they say take after meal, but Im hardheaded.

This product is amazing. I am a 41 year old full time working mother of 2 boys and a bodybuilder in my free time. This has given me overall improved health. My hair and nails look better. I have more energy during my day and more importantly in my lifts! Perfect blend for women that love to lift!

I started taking this earlier this year, during the cold winter months up Northeast, and didn’t expect anything besides maybe some nicer hair/nails. However, within a month, I couldn’t help but notice an increase in daily energy, increased motivation at work, and lower stress overall. I had heard quite a bit about Ashwagandha as a larger stress deterrent, however now I am a believer. I have suggested this multi to every woman in fitness I have interacted with, and have continued to use daily for 6 months. From my end - I absolutely can say this multi is awesome, and is enough of an impact to justify the price.

I first bought these supplements and started taking them consistently every day at the end of February 2024 and am writing my review now because I am just noticing the benefits of these vitamins...speedy hair growth, improved skin tone and elasticity and overall feel better. I had read so many reviews similar to my experience before purchasing and only purchased because my husband uses several other Animal Paks daily and has relied on them for years. I thought the women's reviews I read similar to mine were BS but I am here to say indeed, they were not and my apologies for thinking so. LolIf you're shopping for an overall great women's vitamin, would like better, stronger hair, and overall nicer skin then this is for you! Don't look any further. I was once skeptical but will be taking these forever. ;)
