I cannot find company website. I like more info. I fear this info is locked up like fort knox. Why is info so difficult for me to find. Brochure with order was nice, but I would like more details. I would like to update my product after I used it a couple days.Confused is less confused. It takes me awhile. Lol. My neighbors like my monitor so much they ordered one . It appears there is possibly toxic issues near these apts. This monitor may be a health goldmine for us as far as health is concerned. I am thrilled I bought it. I would still like to see a website on the accompanying paperwork in monitor box with more info. Thanks again.

So far, I'm happy with my purchase. The product is well made, easy to use and easy to charge the battery. Very accurate, beautiful and user friendly, highly recommended!

I'm returning this because it is wildly inaccurate and unreliable. It constantly registered 8-20 PPM of CO, which if accurate, would have serious health effects in the long term. My other two CO detectors are bother registering 0, and since it's the middle of summer and I'm not using anything which would generate carbon monoxide, I was certain that this product was giving me a faulty reading.But then I took it outside. I jumped from about 10 PPM of CO all the way up to 400 PPM. That concentration is deadly with 3 hours of exposure. It gradually dropped back to ~10, but the sensor was clearly affected by the temperature or humidity change.In any case, I can't trust it so I'm returning it.

I breathed into the unit expecting only the CO2 value to increase, but all the numbers on the display went up. After allowing the numbers to drop back down, I placed the device near isopropyl alcohol expecting only the TVOC number to increase and observed all the numbers increasing together. The device detects something, obviously, but it appears to take one sensor's input to extrapolate essentially meaningless numbers for all the other things it is supposed to detect. I cannot recommend this product.

Brought this because I noticed a YouTuber had one. When I receive it from Amazon. I charged the battery and it didn’t even last 12 hours. Was trying to monitor the air quality in my basement over night to see how my furnace was doing. tried charging it several times. battery would not last till the next day.

This is the worst product that I have ever bought on Amazon. It's clearly not new, got multiple scratches on it.
