I have a Ford F150 with a 5.4 Liter 3 valve V-8. This engine is known to have issues with removing spark plugs. They freeze up in the heads and frequently break when removed. After 70,000 miles, I figured it was time to bite the bullet and replace my spark plugs. There is a well documented procedure for removing the plugs to hopefully minimize breakage. Also, a special tool to remove the pieces if any do break. And a process for installing new plugs to hopefully minimize future issues. This Anti-Seize seems to be a vital part of the process. After several hours the plugs were removed, none of them broke. The new ones were installed. Of course I used this anti-sieze. This was delivered quickly and was in the original packaging. So, it is the real thing and was not damaged in shipping. There was plenty to replace my 8 spark plugs.

Do you know how many damn spark plugs there are in a F350?It's not an easy thing to change them all out, balancing on the bumper, leaning 3 feet under the hood.Heck if I want that to be any harder the next time, so I put on anti-seize like a good boy.Basic plugs and basic precautions

Excellent anti-seize lube for exhaust manifold bolts, brake bolts, lug nuts, etc. Keeps bolts from rusting and seizing, especially in high-heat areas.
