A great Model car , Solido has a good combination of price relationship to quality over some other brands if getting started or on a budget. Constructed from Die-Cast metal and a good paint job on this model and similar shape to the real thing! Doors open and are great when displayed in Plexi cabinets or paired with the model garages/workshop display scene/cases with leds. I would recommend. I love this Cobra! Good quality , like the silver with the Red contrast! Great for photography!

I like American cars from 1955-1969 and the 1965 AC Cobra is just one of the 30 or so cars I have.

It is a nice model, BUT!!! The Cobra had a V8, with exhausts both sides. This model only has ONE exaust pipe. I would have returned it, but it was a gift, and the recipient isn't as fussy as I am. I would not buy it again, or anything else by this maker.

La réponse est simple. Les modèles avec capot non ouvrant correspondent au nouveau modèle créé par Solido et c'est celui là que vous devriez recevoir en toute logique. Les acheteurs qui ont reçu une miniature avec capot ouvrant ont tout simplement reçu l'ancien modèle d'un reste de stock. Pour le dernier modèle, un nouveau moule a été créé et qui dit nouveau moule, dit améliorations de l’esthétique avec correction des erreurs par rapport à l'ancien modèle. Pour ma part, j'ai reçu la nouvelle version qui me convient très bien. La miniature est bien réalisée par rapport au modèle réel et son bleu métal est de toute beauté. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Pour moi, c'est 5 étoiles.

First thing, this is a curbside model, meaning there is no engine, no opening hood or trunk. I was aware of this when I made my purchase. With that out of the way, what you do get is a well made model with excellent overall fit and finish for the money. The paint on mine is flawless and high-gloss, the satin finish on the wheels and printing on the tires is clean and sharp, clear parts are thin and without flaws. The interior looks good, especially the dash and instruments, which are legible and realistic. The doors are openable, and snap shut tight. Steering is functional, but the movement is a bit limited. As far as 1/18 diecast curbside models go, this one is a fine replica and a good value for the price. It really captures the look of the 427 Cobra well without spending too much.
