I have tried various different types of colon cleansers, but this one is the absolute best. As instructions took before bed and it worked its magic in the morning. NO cramps or any discomfort just pleasant relief. Can’t recommend this enough. I will certainly be buying again.

Really expensive and no real difference to be honest

After extensive research into which probiotics are best I decided to try these. I'm 60 and suffer from poor digestion causing excessive embarrassing flatulence. After taking these for 5 days I noticed a marked reduction and am really pleased.However I also read that they can help the body to improve absorption of B12 to increase energy, and act as in inflammatory for painful swollen glands and osteo arthritis. As yet I haven't noticed any changes however it's early days.I'll update this review in a month or 2.
