Fast easy connection
Purchased for my downriggers. Easy to install, works way better than traditional plug and twist outlets. I have to unplug them frequently to access compartments while fishing. Makes it easy and fast. Very solid.

Sturdy, locking connection
Was skeptical due to the price point, but found the connections to be robust and easily installed. Used 8 guage wire which appears to lock fine. Will be coating all metal with grease for added protection. I was most impressed with the quick lock design. 4/5 durability simply because I just began using them.

Very Durable. Good quality.
It is very durable and good quality plastic. Auto locking connector. Smooth latching and unlatching. Will need tools/drills/hardware. Water proof/resistant. Comes with hardware but I wouldn’t use them.

Love this plug. So much better than the old style I had!
This plug is great! Super easy to install and use. Love that it’s auto locking. Its low profile requires a smaller whole and is all around impressive! I have recommended this plug to several buddies now too! Great product! I am running a Quest Ulterra 36v off of a single lifepo4 36v 100ah battery.

It works as it is designed for
Installed it to support an inverter from my electric mower. The switch is good in general, solid built and works every time when I plug and unplug.

Not a full water seal
At first this seemed perfect. Wiring was easy and solid. Intallation was easy.. connection is solid.HOWEVER, regarding being waterproof, the rubber cap on the receptacle does not fit tight and comes off. Also the plug is open at the wire end and does not form any barrier to moisture.I would return it but I would have to remove it and then install another which would involve drilling another hole in my boat.If I can get a new cap for the outlet maybe the would be worth a try even though it involves removeing and reinstalling.UPDATEI contacted the seller and they will send a replacement cap. Also they explained that the plug wire is not sealed to allow for differences in wire size. I used electrical tape to seal the gapUPDATEYou might consider getting two and use the second plug to attach a solar charger to the battery without having a second connection to the battery directly

Up to the job
When the motor can pull up to 50 amps, you got to take seriously how any connector is constructed. Inadequate connections will turn red hot and go up in smoke. No fun when you are counting on motor to get you where you're going. This connector has beefy barrels with 2-screws to clamp each wire (both connector and bulk-head receptacle). That should keep contact resistance very low. The bulk head was ideal to mount onto my dry box that holds an Li-Ion 12V battery. So I can keep the dry box sealed, yet operate the motor.

Troller connect plug and connector
Was easy to wire up. The push on connect slides easy. To disconnect simply turn the plug and pull. The size is convenient and price is not bad either.
