Lots of good content and worth reading however some food recommendations contradict- remove chicken & Turkey from your diet but then recommends it highly on the next chapter ? Cancels out flax seeds but few pages later recommends its use …. . Pls revise this book as I know you want to share what helped you with others but you need to be clear. Thank you
