It does work well probably not as bright as a bulb but works ..also you do have cut the cables off the old connector and just connect the cables via blocks or wagos etc

Definitely not an original part but fits perfectly and a year later is still working as it should. No downsidesEdit.......18 months along and the plastic around the screws became so brittle that the fitting fell out ☹️
