It is so easy to use and with instant results. That being said, I do have to use some warm water if there is a lot of grime around the handle area, but mostly not. Love this stuff. It doesn't leave any residue or stickiness, has a very light woody scent, and the ingredients are safer than what is in most other furniture polishes. Been using it for years.

Both cans the lids were busted and it sprays out in a squirt on both of them, other than that I like it

Guardsman has always been recommended for fine furniture & it does not leave a "film" on the furniture. Spray on a soft cloth and wipe to remove dust. Less expensive than buying Guardsman's "pre-treated dusting cloths".
