I have two Lionhead rabbits, One female and one male. This comb works great, my rabbits shed a lot during the summer time. Since we are approaching summertime season. Is when they start to gain a lot of excessive fur. I received this comb today and used it on both my bunnies. My male bunny sheds more fur than my female bunny. However she does have more fur. On the left by the red arrow points to the detangling comb, that removed the big ball of hair from my male bunny. On the right is a comb that I got from a livestock store, that doesn’t work as great. This is why I simply have wanted to buy another comb. A bunny owner that I follow on social media had recommended this detangling comb. The glide is easy, however I would advise when combing your rabbit to go gentle. Because they are sensitive animals. I just advise that for any animal period. Go Gentle! because it does snag on the root of the hair follicle to the animals skin. I had to carefully comb out my bunnies both, because as I was combing them. You can tell that it does snag a little bit to detangler the removal of the shedding fur. Overall I had given, This comb a four star. Simply because it does snag a little bit and you have to go gentle when combing your animal. Otherwise it works great on rabbits.

I have a male Dutch rabbit and I was brushing him with a normal deshedding brush and it only really got the loose fur and I would have to brush him several times throughout the week to really make any impact.He isn’t shedding anymore but I ran the comb through his fur still and my gosh, his rear had so much stuck undercoat I was shocked! His butt i struggled the most with grooming because the brush was just too big for him. But this comb got out all that stubborn hair within two minutes instead of the typical 20 with that brush. Less time grooming means less stress for him. Amazing product!

A must have for the bunny owners. But make sure to do it gently because you can very easily give the bun a bald spot on accident.

I ordered this for my rabbit. This is so much better than a traditional slicker brush. I did not have high expectations; however I was pleasantly surprised! My bunny doesn't just seem to tolerate it, but actually somewhat enjoy it. No more squirming or looking for a quick exit! Every rabbit is different... but it's definitely worth a try.
