Fun reads!
My boys, ages 5 and 7, really enjoyed these books and I enjoyed reading them! They’re fun, clever, are not at all suspenseful or scary, and provide just enough clues to make sense without being super easy to figure out.

First Chapter Books for my 5 year old!
My six year old loves these chapter books. Typically I read them to him because, honestly, I love the stories. What's great is that they are classics but written for today so that todays kiddos can relate to them. My 6 year old son loves the "Five W's" that they talk about in the book and even has his own "journal" like the characters in the book have. He's even started reading a few pages on his own. Number 4 is a page turner. That’s is our favorite thus far!

Great after 60 years
I read my first one on Christmas Day in 1959 in one day. Yeah, I'm that old. Now I'm getting my grandkids, six boys and four girls into the Hardy Boys series. And they love them too. Every kid about age 10 or 11, should 'try one' and see if they get hooked. Timeless.

My 5 year old loves these!
My 5 year old boy loves these books! We do a chapter a night. Each book has about 10 chapters, 5-6 pages per chapter. He has no problem following along.
