These rags live up to the advert. Truly lint free, 100% cotton, and they're a nice thin knit. They come 17"x17" folded flat in quarters and are not like the jumbled bag of random odd shaped and mixed fabric scraps you get elsewhere. I've been using them - cut into quarters 8.5"x8.5" or halfs - in my studio for painting with acrylics. I'm not sure if the thinness will work for oil paint where a beefier knit works well but I will eventually give them a try. My husband cuts them in quarters or smaller to use to clean our guns. They're terrific because there is no lint. Great rags for any job or just to have around.

These rags live up to what they say "T-SHIRT RAGS" they are super thin, and absorb like a thin cheap t-shirt so these won't be really great for cleaning, I got these for a costume and they served their part as a prop. I would say that they are microfiber and the lint gets removed pretty easy from dust and stuff. The color is white and given the fact they are "t-shirt rags" they can be easily stained and/or dyed. Overall, for what you get and how many rags you get, I can say you get your monies worth, so the value is definitely there if you use them as a prop or clean minor things like a dusty desktop or easy to clean places, these wont work well for heavy duty areas.

I bought these specifically to season my cast iron because they state they are "lint free" which I found not to be the case, but in fairness I did cut them to the size I needed and the cut edges could have contributed to the lint. They did the job I needed them to do and they left significantly less "lint" than other materials, but not totally lint free.

BEST CLEANING RAGS EVER, NO LINT WHATSOEVER (LAUNDERED FIRST). USE THESE FOR ANYTHING THAT NEEDS CLEANED. I AM NOT A HUGE FAN OF MICROFIBER BECAUSE THEY CAN DAMAGE (SCRATCH OR BURNISH SURFACE & ATROCIOUS AT LEAVING THE MICRO FIBER LINT CIRCLES THAT DON'T EVER COME BACK OFF). MICRO FIBER IS JUST NOT GOOD TO USE ON POLISHED SURFACES AT ALL. THESE ARE PHENOMENAL AT CLEANING AND NO DAMAGE TO THE SURFACE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

These are like tearing an old t-shirt to use a a rag, but better! I love having a package on hand in case I don't have old cotton shirts ready for repurposing. They're low lint and easy to use, just like t-shirt rags!

I was looking for some cheap rags that I could use to clean and season my cast iron and carbon steel pans. I imagine most of you who are looking at these rags are probably thinking the same thing. Well, let me tell you that when it comes to value these guys are it. The quality for the performance these rags offer is great. Using it to spread that oil on my pans is easy and its absorbent enough to absorb any excess oil that I put on my pan. Any of you Kent Rollins fans out there know that you could just use any bandana or old rag to season your pans. Well, I didn’t have any bandanas or t-shirts that I didn’t want. So instead, I used these rags which were cheap, absorbent, and easy to wash. You’ll need to understand that these rags are white, so once you use them for seasoning your pan you need to know that these rags are going to get dark, and they’re going to look dirty. If you don’t like using a rag like that on your pans then you may just have to stick to using paper towels. However, if you are tired of throwing away so many paper towels and you are sick of having a little bit of lint on your pans after you’re done seasoning then these are the rags for you. After a few uses I just rinse the rag through hot water, get any excess oil out of it, let it dry out in the sun or just somewhere open and I get to using the rag again. In fact, I’m actually still on my first rag. This thing has been solid, it retains its shape, and it spreads that seasoning just as well as any old t-shirt. If you’re looking for a handy product to help you save money on paper towels and get rid of that leftover lint then look no further. You’ve found your solution.

OVERPRICED! The photo shows a nice stack of towels, but the pack you get is small. NOT a good value. I'm returning and will be larger quantity of cheaper material. It's like paying a dollar for a paper towel you've torn off a roll.

Love these! I've been using them when I wax my bicycle chain, and also when I wax my leather accessories. There's definitely no lint, which I appreciate. An unexpected bonus: They're great for cleaning my glasses. I might have to cut one up to bring along as a glasses wipe, since I'd rather carry cotton around over synthetic microfiber.

These make great cleaning rags. They are absorbent but lint free. Good for waxing, cleaning, polishing, dusting.
