Very useful for making annotations and was extremely valuable for my teaching.

basic function as a pen style mouse works, but after a two close clks some other function that I do not require is initiated. it's not what I want with a double clk. It seems this can't be disabled, so it becomes very annoying. my system is windows 10 I use an earlier version of the product on a mini Mac and it does not have this distraction so as I was happy with that I thought the same Wacom would be great for the windows unit. dissapointed really.

And even after contacting tehnical support they blamed my laptop for not opening. There's no way to contact the company via amazon after purchase so I have no option but to write this review. I had to manually uninstall all programs which, after working for a month or so, simultaneously stopped working, crashing constantly and going into 'not responding' mode. After reinstalling following customer support advice, the exact same thing happens and none of the apps work, freezing, and rendering the product totally useless. I'm going to need to request a refund directly through Amazon, and I think it's super bad customer service that I can't contact the company via Amazon to help with a resolution.
