These belts are great! Seamless glue up and very high quality. I've used 2x42 belts from a bunch of various makers and these are exceeding my expectations for high grit belts. The 1000 grit belts last at least 6 times as long as their competitors. I was shocked to see how new the belts felt after some serious use. My only gripe is with silicon carbide as it heats up fast, but that's not the makers fault, that's just a property of silicon carbide. Unfortunately it's really hard to find belts of a different material with grits higher than 400. I've already ordered their 800 grit and 1x42 1000 grit belts after using these. Well worth the value

I made several knives with these of course i use more than one grit type. So far i am very happy with the belts.

The belts were.... ok. I suppose if you needed a quick touch up on something then they would be fine. They do not hold up to long use. Going to look at Ceramic next.
