Hisense HDE3211BBUK 60cm Electric Cooker with Ceramic Hob-Black , A Rated Double Oven

This is a great oven! I bought two, another for a friend, we got £40 each off the price. I’ll say that it is quiet! Both ovens work as should and so does the grill, the hobs also work as they should and I’ve been happily cooking away since I got the cooker and installed it ( easy to do if you are a tradie ) myself and a length of the right electrical cable. It does look great in my kitchen, I just need to adjust the feet at the right height and level. Cooking times are as they should be, easy to clean as stated. Overall I’m very impressed despite my reservations with some reviews. You cannot beat the price for what we both got this cooker for too and with a two year warranty as well. Delivery was swift, smooth and super polite. If you are looking for a good cooker, this is it.

Very nice cooker. Double oven comes in handy and can also be used as a grill. The grill tray is huge as it slides into the grooves on the sides for shelves. Hobs heat up fast and light indicates if hobs are hot after use until cool. Easy to fit. Easy to set up clock etc. Quiet when on. Easy to clean and wipe down. Good price.

This cooker is terrible it has four hobs that take an age to cook anything it gets hot then goes off then on then off ect supposedly keeping food at a constant temperature I boiled a pan of potatoes they took approx 1 hour 5 min usually should only take half hour tops forget using this to deep fry anything sutch as chips they fat will soak into the potatoes and you end up with a pan of slops the heat isn’t sufficient to crisp the food . The grill is also rubbish you carnt make cheese on toast unless you like it rock hard or rubbery. It takes half hour to make cheese on toast. The oven is ok if u keep your eye on it I made some Yorkshire puddings and they turned out ok with a constant temp and watchful eye . The cooker looks nice but call me old fashioned I want a cooker to do one thing and that is cook this is a struggle to use unless you want to be stuck at the cooker for ages .

If you live in North of Scotland this was an impressive purchase. ordered on evening of 27th Dec and with us on morning of 31st Dec. fitted and tested by 13.00. At yime of purchase delivery was guaranteed on 31st. All the majors like Currys could not deliver before 1st week of january. what a time to be without a cooker! One minor niggle is the connection point is cheap plastic but no worries as long as you are careful. The cooker itself is good quality and does all you need it to do, Ceramic hob and fan oven at a very reasonable price. Delivery was super smooth with great communications from the delivery company. Very clear messaging much appreciated. Buy with confidence/

I’ve had this cooker for a few weeks now and it’s a really good oven. It doesn’t come with a cable, but I used my one that was already installed as i had an electric oven previously and took about 10 mins to connect it up and get it going. So easier if you’ve had electric prior. The instructions tell you to put it on max heat when you first buy it with no food inside, so if you don’t read instructions just remember to do that. The oven comes with a timer, so you need to put it to the time you’re looking at and press the middle 3 lines and you’re good to go. Otherwise it’ll time itself out and you need to reset the timer which isn’t the end of the world. I bought the 60cm one and it’s gracious in space, it doesn’t take a little time to heat up but I’m only assuming it’s because it’s new. It came with a tray too and it’s quite quiet, I used the Amazon haul away service to take my trusty 16 year old oven away after it finally gave in which didn’t cost anything extra and I didn’t have the old oven lying around waiting. Overall it’s a good electric cooker that does what you need it to do, don’t be put off by the bad reviews.

****UPDATE**** 3RD COOKER RECEIVED today as a replacement for the defective one, this one seems to be working properly, the 2nd one I had was clearly faulty as the fan inside the oven was quite loud where as my new one is quiet, also the front display is working as it is meant to timing the food etc properly, and all the rings on the hob are working so far. I will update in a few weeks if any faults arise. Literally the worst cooker buying and usage experience to date for me. Long story short great cooker when it works properly, but terrible if it does not. Hisense are also terrible for customer service so far with massive response times and badly translated replies. Day 1 of delivery of the FIRST cooker, total smashed up. Delivery drivers had dropped something on the ceramic top and failed to mention it. Contacted Amazon and got them to replace it after a lengthy argument with the customer support agent who refused to do anything at first. They gave us a full refund and told us to dispose of the broken cooker. 2nd attempt different courier service this time, the cooker arrived in perfect condition this time and delivered with care. Installed and running great, I was over the moon with it. 3 months later... One of the rings on the hob have stopped working. Contacted Hisense as its under warranty they send out an engineer 3 weeks later he arrives looks at the cooker does nothing writes some parts on a piece of paper and leaves, 2 weeks later he comes back take apart the cooker has no idea what he is doing puts it all back together and says its fixed and leaves. We go to use the hob to find out he has wired all the hobs in the wrong order so now the dials control different hobs and he had damaged the front display. Tried to contact the engineer he wont answer and blanks all messages so we contact head office for the engineer they rebook us in 1 week later. 1 week later 2nd engineer comes out fixes the first guys job but tells us that the first guy didn't repair anything and just moved the hob rings around and damaged the front display, he puts the cooker back together and like the first writes down the parts he needs to order and leaves handing us a receipt. 1 week later Hisense contact us via email... they cant get the replacement parts they are not in stock... Hisense, the people who make the cooker cant get the parts for their own cooker... they ask us if we want to proceed with a replacement/refund. We would like a replacement obviously we need the cooker we have a family to cook for. ANOTHER WEEK LATER they respond with a cryptic message that means nothing to me and I have had to ask them what are they talking about and what translation software are they using to contact customers because none of what the email said made sense. I just want a working cooker!

We have had this cooker for over 6 months now and it has been fantastic for our family of 5. I was looking for one that was wider than the 50cm so the gaps weren't big either side of the cooker. I like how wide this is and the oven space. I use the oven everyday and the hob multiple times a day. Because the bottom oven is so big, I haven't needed to use the top. I can fit multiple items on the three shelves. I like how stylish it is and how it goes with my kitchen. The oven isn't noisy either and warms up quickly. My food is evenly cooked. I cook with stainless steel and cast iron on the hob and again food is evenly cooked. I need to find a tutorial though to help me keep the hob looking nice. The cooker was installed by an electrician and he didn't seem to have any problems installing it. We have been able to use it no problem without instructions. It is value for money, sturdy and very practical. With 3 children, it is easy for things to be split on the top or down the glass when we are cooking together but the cooker is easy to wipe down. The metal shelves are easy to remove to clean to. I would recommend this cooker.
