Q: Just wondering, if this is aluminum, how are users having success using magnets?

The frame is aluminum, however the honeycomb is steel on mine. I use magnets on it every day.

Q: Will magnets stick to the honeycomb?

Depends on thickness of material and magnet. I use for cutting up to 6mm of plywood and 5mm of black acrylic with 4cm wide neodymium search magnet. It holds and press material to bed pretty well.

Q: Does this come with a metal plate that goes under the honeycomb to protect the waste board?

Yes, honeycomb panels with protective sheet.

Q: Will this table work with the AtomStack S10 pro extended frame 850 x 410mm?

It shouldnt fit since diameter of bed is larger than atomstack frame. Unless you want to put laser on top of the bed.
