Love the look and feel of this luggage. In hind sight I probably should have gotten the smaller piece. This one offers so much capacity to pack it all in that I about went over the weight limit with the airline. The airline may had beat it up a lot, but it only lost the cute tassel.

What a classy piece of luggage. We got the largest one and it's huge. Lots of extra pockets and some heavy duty zippers.

I got the teal color and it is beautiful. Easy to spot on the carousel. It held up on its first flight. There is lots of room inside with plenty of pockets. Lightweight and it rolls without a problem.

Nice bag. Too big (24”) for Delta. Big mistake on my part - and the manufacturer’s!

I was looking for new luggage for my upcoming trip to Europe since my current luggage is a bit worn so I didn’t think it could survive 7 different planes. I came across this piece, and it was perfect! I love teal, so was drawn to the color, and I also am an old soul, so the brown details appealed to me as well. When it arrived, I was even more impressed with it, the photos do not do it justice. It’s beautiful, and the size is perfect and should be able to hold all of my stuff for my adventures abroad!

This luggage is gorgeous in person - and honestly, I was looking for functionality and certain features (size, weight, etc), but I really wanted a beautiful piece of luggage. This fits the bill. I weighed it empty and it came in at 10.6 lbs. It rolls smoothly and the wheels don’t stick out too far. It has just the right amount of zippered sections and has a nice deep main compartment that will be the perfect size to pack it full but not go over the 50 lb. limit. You can easily stack a carry-on bag on top and it feels secure. I haven’t used it yet for travel, so I can’t attest to durability, but I hope it lasts for a while because I love the way it looks!

The bag is well designed and constructed but the rating of 5 for durability is temporary since it survived only one trip on a flight without any damage. I have been flying four times a year so only time will tell how durable is.

One look at this Beautiful suitcase — teal with fringes — and great outside pockets too, and I was sold. The 360 rotating wheels and pull out handle were a must. That crucial pullout handle BROKE on its first flight, which turned my travels through Central Europe and the Balkans like an EXTREMELY PAINFUL CHORE . The seams also were loosening. The wheels would get stuck / lock, causing me to fall on concrete and cobblestones on a few occasions, and doing stairs — a nightmare — painful and impossible for me. I INVESTED a lot of money in a beautiful suitcase of poor functiong quality that failed me terribly . I messaged the seller weeks ago; they never answered. Is this typical of a Steve Madden product — aesthetically pleasing, but poor in performance, or did I get a lemon? This was Definitely a no value for the money purchase. I'll give it 1 star, cuz it was beautiful, unfortunately useLESS. To worsen matters, no one ever got back to me to rectify this issue.
