The media could not be loaded. I am not happy when this product arrived , from day one laptop screen not working , after many reminders your associated shop keeper not pick up my laptop till date , the shope keeper name is Prince IT world , now I am helpless and need amazone team help to replace my laptop , i need immediate help , Now prince it world person is telling me he is not working at price IT world , what can I do , I need immediate resolution ,otherwise the faith in amazone complely destroyed ..

In product description,they mentioned it comes with bluetooth. When i contacted with service centre.he said to buy a separate bluetooth device for 150rs and use.why we should buy separate device its their fault.
