How to improve suction power i have cleaned it? and the filter but suction is very weak?

sounds like some where blocked, you may check the suction power is normal or abnormal simply from the base machine, if it is normal, then must be somewhere blocked inside the tube, hose or nozzle, or suction power is weak simply from the machine, you have to check the filter on top of the canister, if there is no blockage there, you have to contact seller technical support
