Levi's Women's 311 Shaping Capri Jeans (Also Available in Plus)

I wasn’t sure if I’d like these jeans because of the length and the slight flare of the legs. However, I LOVE them! I’m short, 5’, so these are not capris on me. They’re just “slightly short” long pants. They hit about 1” above my ankle bone. They sit right at my natural waist. In the reviews, I read both that they ran small and that the calves were tight. Not true for me. Sizing is on target for Levi’s. I’d suggest ordering your usual size. I have athletic legs, not actually slim. The fit is loose. I don’t like my jeans baggy or tight, anywhere on my body. They do stretch a bit, so they’re very comfortable. The lighter blue color is just what I expected. These are perfect. I tried the white ones on in a store and they are definitely VERY small. Those, I’d order 2” larger in the waist than normal. I got these on sale so the price was definitely right.

I purchased the dark denim. When they arrived, I wasn't sure if they were going to fit or not. Although they were the correct size and all. I'm 5'2" 110 lbs. with hips. These looked real narrow. But to my surprise they slipped right on, buttoned up, and the length is just below my calf muscle. Being on the vertically challenged side of the spectrum, it's difficult for me to find Capri's or Petite lengths that are actually for my height and look decent. I'm very happy with these. Although someone mentioned that the lighter denim ones run slightly larger. I may take my chances and buy them anyway and just dry them in the dryer if need be. I'm a clothes rack type of gal. I don't dry any of my jeans in the dryer. I'm glad I got these when I did. They went way up in price just as I received these in the mail yesterday and came back this morning to buy another pair as I mentioned. I won't be doing that right away. It's their loss when the price nearly doubles out of nowhere.Update:I did go ahead and buy the lighter denim pair and these fit tighter. I read where they ran a bit bigger so I ordered a size down. I shouldn't have done that. Basing it off the darker pair which a little looser, I thought by going down a size on the lighter denim, it'd be a perfect fit. Not so much. I can wear them but a whole different fit from the darker pair. Those seem to be looser in the hips and thighs while the waste is perfect. I bought size 27 in the dark and 26 in the light. What I do like about these Capri's is the fact that they are real Levi's with logo and and all. Unlike a lot of the Levi's out there have a different stripe on the pockets not resembling Levi's at all in my opinion.

Update: returning. Too much stretch that made them lose shape.Really wish all jeans weren't stretchy.Levi's only! I have to say these are the best fitting Levi's I've had in a while. I love the straight leg and the way they look on my legs are quite flattering. I can even cuff them and they look great that way as well. I did take one star away however because they are very stretchy. I don't have a super huge stomach but I have one I have the mid 50s tell me and these do nothing for that. There is no structure to hold in my gut at all. As long as I'm wearing a hoodie or something like that they look great. But to wear a cute short little summer top with them I'm told they don't look that bad but I still feel that I don't want to wear something like that with these jeans and that would be the purpose especially for this cut. I will probably buy another pair but not before researching to find something with less spandex.

Great jeans! They were long on me but I hemmed them as I do all of my jeans. I'm 4' 11. Love the fit. My size is a 24. I recommend them!

This is my second pair of these capri jeans. Who knew capri pants would ever return? I thought I'd never wear them again, but these look cute on. They're comfy and flattering. I ordered a 27, size 4, and both pairs fit me well - fitted but not tight. The lighter pair I bought elsewhere fit just a little tighter than the dark wash ones I bought here at Amazon, but it's not a huge difference, and they fit well - and in fact, these are slightly more comfy.I didn't have any weird odors to mine so that's good. I always launder my clothes before wearing anyway but upon receipt I didn't detect any odors.I am 5'2" about 116-117 and the 27's fit just right - slightly, very slightly, loose in the waist but I have a small waist so I expect that most of the time. These come below my belly button, which I love because I absolutely hate the high-waisted pants trend and find high-waisted pants so uncomfortable. These fit comfortably just under my bb and I don't have a 'muffin top' experience. They mold to my body in a flattering but not constricting way.They come to over my calves but still capri length, though these may be slightly longer than the lighter pair- I have relatively long legs in relation to my upper body - so these are true capris on me. Sometimes shorter people can't find ankle length or capri length pants that are truly ankle length or capri length but these are perfect in length for me.I'm happy with my order, and even more thrilled that I bought them on super discount at less than $20.

They fit fairly well, but wish they came up just a bit higher on the waist. Definitely not soft material, just regular jean material.Nice colour and quality.
