Great item that I love but bad customer service
I never selected it to be delivered in original packaging/no box. No one could help me. Customer service said they’ll send someone to pick up the item to return it, no one went for it when I reached out to the courier. UPS sent an email that return was rejected. How can something be rejected when no one went there? They even printed the label as instructed. The courier went out of their way to buy bubble wrap and a box big enough to fit my fishing rod in order to send it to Jamaica. It took SOOOOOO LONG to come because of the inconvenience. All I wanted was my item but Amazon customer service wasn’t helpful. I now have it and it works really well. I love the ugly stik. You can definitely get the item. It’s worth the cost. I just hope you don’t experience what I went through.

Mine broke.
I absolutely love Ugly Stick poles but I don't like 2 piece poles for this very reason. Caught a 24 inch black drum and the pole broke where the 2 pieces connect. Sent the pole back and the customer service was great and professional. I loved the action of this pole and I was able to whip that line out far. Great pole just my bad luck that it broke. I will continue buying Ugly Stick tho.

Buy a pair instead of one
