I highly recommend avoiding this particular product.
I already have the corded version and absolutely love it. I wanted to get the cordless one for ease of use and quick touch ups here and there. I've had this clipper for 12 days and haven't even been able to use it yet. There is extremely powerful plastic odor that permeates my entire house. Just touching the clippers leaves the odor on your fingers that won't go away with up to two scrubbings with a scented soap. I've had this airing out for almost two weeks and the odor is still god awful. After only about an hour inside I had to move it onto an enclosed patio because the smell was making me physically ill. Besides the odor the clipper came with a sticky wrap that help the power button in the off position, when removing the sticky it leaves a ring of sticky residue around the clipper. And finally there is no light on the charging cradle to let you know it's seated correctly and charging. If or when the odor is completely gone I will try to use them but it's been a full 12 days and this odor has not gone away. I want to reiterate how bad the smell is. When I said it permeates through the entire house I mean it literally made every room in my downstairs reek. 2 Bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and an office. I had to open all my windows for hours with fans running to get the scent out. After that I still had to close the door to my office where I had it airing out and run an air purifier for 24 hours to get rid of the smell. I literally have to wash my hands at least twice with Dawn dish detergent before the smell even starts to dissipate from my fingers. The one and only reason I am going to try and keep this is because all of my guard attachments already fit this unit which cost me around $50. As of November of 2022 I highly recommend avoiding this product. Edit: I was going to keep this but after a month of owning it the plastic odor is still just too strong. Whatever plastic they used on this is horrible. I finally threw in the towel and put in for the return today. The corded version is made with a different material and is great. Look at the pictures and see the difference yourself. Do yourself a favor and look for something else.

This clipper does what it’s supposed to do.
I love this clipper because it’s a workhorse. The charge will last a long time and gives a very clean result after you buzz over a patch of hair. You don’t have to deal with that annoying cord when you’re shaving above your ears, behind your head, the front of your head. It just works. I highly recommend it.

Really well shaved skin
I'm very picky about little hairs being left on my clients. This razor leaves a soft clear surface on the skin. My only complaint is the on/off switch goes too easily and turns off when my hand moves over it. Performance is excellent though.

Oster clippers are AOK
Clippers are sturdy and feel very comfortable. The charging was no problem. They felt easy to grip and smooth on my skin. Thanks a bunch

Came scratched
I unboxed my clipper to find several scratches (more than the ones in the picture I attached). It looks like it’d been dropped a few times. I ordered another poster clipper and it looked similarly worn. Not sure what the deal is but that’s not okay. Also my clipper stutters when fully charged.

Too loud!
These are the loudest clippers I’ve ever owned. I’ve been a barber for 22 years. If you value your customers hearing you will avoid these trimmers.

I’m not sure how long the battery will last because I just got them, but hopefully I don’t have any trouble with them.

I am a Master Barber and I use this trimmer daily. After 50 cuts, here are my thoughts. Admittedly, I am new to cordless tools in my busy shop. I must have tools that will last for 25-30 cuts in a row-no stopping. This trimmer has stood that test. My clients like it because it is quiet and cuts close. I like it because it is a nice size for my larger hands, the blade is the standard width, it is easy to manipulate around ears and into tight places to cut those stubborn hairs, and it is balanced in my hands. On the other hand, it is not as fast as its corded cousins that I have used for years and years. Instead of one touch along the hair line, this takes two or three in the same spot. Even with proper lubrication, it gets uncomfortably hot. I figured that the price-point was fair, and, overall, I am happy with it so far. UPDATE: After these weeks of use, around 400 cuts, here is the low down on this trimmer; I am still pleased and will continue to stand behind them. I have had some very busy days and they are just not designed for them. The usage time is declining. Now, after an average of 15 cuts in a row, they completely run out and need to be charged. This was unexpected and an interruption in the flow. They charge rather quickly, and are put back in use.

I bought these clippers a few months ago, first the charger broke, I had to tape it together and now they won’t charge on the charging dock. These are not at all worth the money
