East & Durable
I bought two of these in beige, and am very happy with them. they’re very very easy to pull apart, and I haven’t had any issue with the Velcro sticking to any other bedding.I love the flexibility and using pieces of it rather than all in one. Cover is nice and soft and the firmness is perfect.

Wedge Pillows just don't work well
The wedge pillow needs to be revised. You naturally slide down because of gravity. The pillow itself is constructed nicely and it's soft, it's just not a viable way to sleep. I got this one for chronic GERD, unfortunately it's created neck pain for me. It's not that I don't recommend this pillow, it's just not overly effective for health issues.

Good idea in theory, not exactly comfortable
I liked this pillow setup of how it could be arranged and Velcroed in several different configurations. I had a family member that had surgery and had very limited mobility after they arrived home from the hospital. The pillow is very versatile in the ways that it could be arranged. That was a big bonus. I did like how it had like this half circle size pillow that you can put behind your neck. It also comes with a little case that you can put all the pillow pieces in. The problem was that the patient did not find this comfortable at all. One problem that occurred was when they were positioned in a somewhat sitting position, they tended to slide down on it. Thus turning it into a very uncomfortable slouch. A definite problem for somebody recovering from surgery. The memory foam was not as soft as anticipated. I do think that this pillow system could be possibly beneficial if a person maybe had a bad cold and had to be somewhat elevated in order to breathe. At least someone with a cold would have the mobility and would be able to arrange things without a problem and be more comfortable. Maybe if a pillow was put on top of the memory foam, it could make it a little bit more comfortable also. In the end we decided to keep it. You should consider purchasing this item depending on your situation. If it doesn't work out, I believe there's a 30-day window to return it.

Lunix LX6 3pcs Orthopedic Bed Wedge Pillow Set
This is a versatile, well-made product. I originally bought this because I both needed back support for reading in bed, and because its design allows me to have an elevated sleeping position. I like how easily it can be reconfigured from one mode to another. The foam density works out just right for me for the most part, though the pillow is a little on the stiff side. I would add a little more length to the velcro for the pillow attachment points to better accommodate a wider variety of torso heights. The outer material is soft to the skin and is holding up very well so far. I love that it has a travel case with it.UPDATE: This product has several applications and, at the time of my initial review, I had only needed the two modes mentioned. As it turned out, I ended up with a condition where I needed to elevate my knees for sleeping. I found that using the smaller wedge section as shown in their product photos to accomplish this was very uncomfortable. The foam used has two issues. First, the foam material is the same for all of this product’s components, which is problematic. The density of the large section, for me, is nearly perfect, though just a little on the too-hard side of the spectrum. Problem is that the density needed to support the adult torso is too much density for a knee support...a substantially lower weight application. This does not allow for the foam to conform to the shape of the extremity pressing against it which is critical for comfort. For knee elevation support, the shape of the smaller foam piece becomes an even greater issue when coupled with the foam density. The sharp angular cuts that form the edges pressing against the skin, and which allow for the product multi-functionality, dug into the back of my knees and was very uncomfortable to the point where I couldn’t use it for this purpose. Had the foam for this section of the product been much less dense, perhaps the foam could have formed to the knee contact area without the shape of the foam edge being an issue, but a rounding of the edge may also be necessary to accomplish this. Because of this issue, I took away one star.
