The media could not be loaded. For the price I can love these, but some things I don’t love is that the gold is very shiny and not matte. It shows all fingerprints or oils and the neck does not move easily. They look very cheap, but they will work for now. My review is based on the aesthetic only, and not the function. They work great and do not leak.

EDIT: the company reached out and were amazing at being accommodating and sending new faucets. We have installed them and so far they work. Although our original faucets worked at first and took a couple months to not work…we will have to wait and see with these new ones.I really want to give this faucet a 5 star review. It looks great, it was easy installation, the matte black is truly matte and sleek...BUT I ordered 2 of these faucets for the master bathroom and have had them since February. For months they have been great, but just 2 weeks ago they are now leaking and we cannot get the water to stop completely, we are always left with water dripping from the faucet constantly. We have now had to shut the water off completely under the sink to stop the dripping. We never had this problem with the old faucets we had so this is a new issue with these faucets. I would love to see if this company will help solve this issue and be willing to do an update once we hear back.

Easy to install and looks great!

The VXV Bathroom Faucet comes beautifully boxed with added components inside for installation (photo 1 & 2). There were minor difficulties with transferring parts between what was presented in the box’s content, insofar as the hose connectors and washer screws. Apparently, the new faucet connector’s would not attach to the original water valves—so, it took greater attention comprehending what was the problem? In the end after reattaching the old hose connectors plus the old washer screws to the bottom and into the new faucet’s underside, everything came together. It worked! Absolutely perfectly fine! Only one noticeable thing is the gooseneck spout wobbles ever so slightly at the base. Tightening it from the bottom does not have any effect on its stabilization. Otherwise it’s okay. Nothing more. Handles are very very sturdy. Easy to clean and the drainage pipe and drain stopper is a huge turnaround feature from the original drain. Which was glommed up with quite a bit of debris and waste. Fantastic choice. Worth the expense overall, by comparison to retail brands online elsewhere.
