The Bible Jesus Read Participant's Guide

Don't try this Participant's Guide without the video!!! Alone it's pretty useless. Use with a small group study for beginning Bible Study. Although Yancey doesn't provide much 'in-depth', it's a good interest generator for an immature audience. Yancey offers challenging questions to generate further studies. Also, this is NOT the book by t he same title. For a complete library collection, get the book, too.

My church is conducting this Bible study. I was surprised with the low number of participants that are attending. That said, I have been enjoying this book immensely. I enjoy how Mr. Yancey uses narrative writing to help the reader understand more fully what might have been going on at the time.I recommend doing this with other people in order to get different perspectives.

This was not what I expected. I didn't realize that there were more than on issue concerning this subject. The quide was quite useless to me.

It was great reading with opportunity to give my opinion on the scripture affects my way of thinking. I like the personal involvement.It was great!

So much information in so little a package. Amazing

Very good study which can help even mature Christians (as well as new ones) to understand the Old Testament better and gain more benefit from using it, as well as realising more fully the importance of reading it to gain a fuller understanding of the New Testament.

State of book not as described. Pages were written in. Whole book spine bent (looks like someone had photocopied it) Totally disappointed.
