Good quality jammer, and good value for my 7 yo son.
Good Value -I'm a repeat buyer, on my 3rd pair for my son. The 1st pair lasted about 6 months - 3 swims per week, so about 75-80 wears + hand rinsing afterwards, at which point they were worn out, sheer, over stretched and shedding material. But for a swim kid, I'd call that pretty successful. By the time they were shedding, he was on to the next size up. On sale (~$18-20), these were a few dollars more than the Sporti brand from Swim Outlet - in comparison, I think these are more stretchy and comfortable - so I'd pick these for the value.Sizing -My son is slightly above average size/weight - size 7 when he was 6-7, about 58 lbs, and it was tight. Size 8 at 64 lbs, and he had a little room in them. Size 10 at 8 yo and 72lbs, the elastic fits his waist and around the top of the knee, slight room in the leg.

color and fit well
Like the bright sharp green color making it easy to spot the kid. A little worry about it won't last long as getting much thinner after about 2 months use. Considering the under 30$ price, still a good choice

Buyers beware
I ordered these jammers in size 8 for my son who is wears size M / 8/9. We received it on January 26th and he started using it on February 4th. They fit him well, material appeared good. It’s Speedo and I’ve purchased so many swimsuits from them so I knew the quality would be good. Or so I thought (dun dun duuuuun). He has hour-long swim practice twice a week, so has used these jammers approximately 18 times. I mention this because after only 18 uses, 2.5 months of use, they’re now too worn out and overstretched for my son to use. My son is skinny so they’re not being overstretched when worn, and there’s no slide or play structure at the pool so he’s not unnecessarily being hyperactive when wearing them. I only hand-wash these jammers and hang to dry so there’s no machine damage. How these jammers turned out this way after less than 3 months is beyond me. I wanted to share this review so others don’t make the mistake I made and avoid buying these. Such a waste of money.

Use these for the pool only
THESE ARE NOT FOR BEACH USE! First let me say that I am happy with my purchase. These jammers work great for my son's swim lessons. The fabric is high quality and has held up through several washes. Unfortunately I let him wear them to the beach. Like most kids he frolicked in the water and sand all day. We came home and I ran the jammers through the wash. At his 1st swim lesson of the week, after changing, I realized he had sand on his legs. I'm thinking how the heck did sand make it through the wash. I rinse and wash the jammers again. Next day, same thing. So now I'm irritated. I take the jammers in my hand and stretch out the fabric, sure enough sand is trapped in the actual fabric of the jammers. The fabric is so tight that I can't get all of the sand out by washing alone. I literally have to stretch the jammers and then beat the sand out. I am dually irritated and impressed. Anyway, I will have to buy him another pair for swim. I have spent 2 days trying to get all the sand out to no avail. I added 2 pictures, one with the flash and one without. In the picture I stretched out the material. The little white things on top of the fabric is sand.
