I was a bit skeptical at first, but I thought I'd try it anyways. I am very happy with this purchase. The inserts stay in position all day, and I don't have to adjust.

I wanted to like these pads as I was so looking forward to them. They are such a perfect solution to unpadded bralettes or light impact sports bras that always show nipples. The fact that these provide very (I mean VERY) sticky gels that would stick to fabric and stay in place is brilliant. However, the sticky gels were so sticky that they sticks to my fingers even fingernails when I was trying apply to my bralettes. And it's so hard to adjust and fit these in the right place inside the bralettes. I tried doing it while laying the bralette flat, I tried doing it while I am wearing them. Nothing worked. I probably struggled for more than half hour and still found myself still peeling them off and trying them again. Also, for bralettes of thin material, it is so hard to smooth out the creases caused by the sticky inserts. I ended up just pulling the fabric forcefully after frustration. I hope I did not damage my bralettes. :-(((((

The adhesive is quite sticky and uncomfortable to remove. The inserts are curved BUT the opposite of how a breast curves so the lines of the inserts show through the bra and blouse or bathing suit. The adhesive is covered with a thin plastic that needs to be re-applied after each use. But the thin plastic comes off in pieces so almost impossible to reapply and cover the adhesive. They are being returned.
