Used it for work the day I gotbit. Working security at a large event was great to be able to zip through the tight packed crowd and not worry about my radio getting knocked off my hip.

This vest is perfect for my line of work, its like having cargo pants on your chest. Theres a zipper inside, a pouch in the front. Lots of spaces to clip things onto. Perfect to put pins on too. But it is a liiiiittle small, I don't recommend if you have a wide chest/ large build.
