I expected more of a jerky style to these bites. Instead, they fell apart like mush in my mouth. Ugh. Will pay the higher price for the bacon option.

One of the bags I received was not sealed at the bottom, this caused all the jerky to spill out into the shipping bag.

The texture of this product is off-putting. I did not purchase through Amazon, but at a local market - Sprouts.How can I describe it? It tastes like frozen cafeteria patty, like it had been freezer burnt. I didn't taste sweet or salty, just stale meat. The "bite" fell apart in my mouth and there was nothing to chew. It's like they ground up all the ingredients together and expected it to stick?
