Since this is the brand “hims” and marketed towards hair loss I tried this. My hair was shedding an little and thought this was to help for hair thinning. My hair started to shed ten fold while using this. Went from 5 hairs shedding when washing hair to 20 - 30 hairs falling out at once. I didn’t realize it until I switched shampoo. The shampoo feels like there is deodorant in your hair when rinsing your bc it’s so dry and is reliant on the conditioner. This must be for people not dealing with thinning and to make your hair look thicker from how much the shampoo dries your hair out. As soon as I stopped my hair went back to moderator hair shedding as it was.If you’re dealing with hair thinning this is clearly the polar opposite of what it’s for. Very deceiving since hims has products to help for that
