This is my favorite collagen because it is marine based and I prefer that over bovine ones. It is a bit hard to dissolve in water so I recommend adding to a smoothie if you can. It is great for the skin and overall collagen support, it is pricey but this company is well known and I think their products are good. It doest have a strong fish taste like other marine based collagen products do and I like that.It helps my skin and gut health so I use it as a part of my regular supplements.

This dissolves completely. I've gone through two of them now. No noticeable change to my skin, which is the dream, but I did a ton of research and its tested so this is the best you can get.

Smooth, no taste, easily dissolves. I am really glad I tried this product. It's much better than the collagen peptides I currently have. The jury's still out on it being supportive for thinning hair.

I am only giving this 4 stars for now, as I have only used it for a week.As far as the taste, with honey and a little almond milk, it really only tastes like honey and almond milk. I boil the water and it mixes quite easily. Sometimes I don't even have to stir it!Taken on an empty stomach, it settles the need for breakfast for a little while.My understanding is that it can take a month or so before seeing results, so I will amend the review after a few months.And just FYI, as far as nails and hair go you won't see results until the old nails and hair grow out. The NEW nails and hair will show improvement. This is type I collagen, found in hair, skin, and nails, so I don't expect it to improve joints.I read a review that said this product didn't improve their joint pain.For that I am purchasing chicken collagen, which is type II. I don't use any products from mammals, as they have protein that our bodies react to.Always good to do a little research before purchasing.

Great product, I've been taking this for 3 months and my nails have gotten so strong and long, skin looks firmer as well.

I think many people didn’t regain their proper sense of taste after Covid. I can’t believe the amount of reviews saying there is no taste. I have gone through 3 canisters of the “non-flavored” powder. The taste is awful. Even in coffee, there is a hint of fish. I struggle to incorporate this powder daily because I dread the taste of it. I will say, when I was using it consistently, I noticed a difference in my skin and my knees that I’ve been having problems with. Would give 5 stars if it was actually flavorless.

I was told by my surgeon to purchase this. I was a little skeptical at first because it said marine collagen on it and I thought it might taste fishy boy was I wrong. I had purchased different types of collagen in the past and they all had a weird taste. Even the ones that said had no taste had a weird taste. However, this one has been my absolute favorite. I drink it in the evening like a hot chocolate or I added it to my coffee in the morning and make a mocha with it and it is delicious. I highly recommend this, especially if you are a postop patient or using it to recover. It has been a great help in my recovery. I would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone.

I have been looking for a really good collagen product and started with SR Collagen peptides and then ordered the Marine Collagen. Really could tell a difference! I added it for 30 days to the morning smoothie. Perfect felt much better, very calm, joints, bones, skin, etc. Now I am trying out the Matcha Tea Collagen and it was great as a hot tea this AM!I was new to Collagen and I must admit it makes quit a difference! SR products work well when it comes to Collagen in health, smoothies and hot teas. Dissolves completely. I would recommend this to anyone looking to to improve their health. As noted on the container mixes easily and supports skin, hair bones and joints. Works for me.Marine Collagen was my first experience with Collagen peptides and my first choice was Sports Research out of all the other product out there. This product mixes well hot or cold liquids and with other ingredients.
