Can it cut fish bones or the fish head?

This Cutluxe cleaver in my opinion, is very well made. Although I have not cut fish heads with it, I have cut through fish bones, and it did well. I have sharpened it a couple of times, and it holds an edge nicely. I would recommend it. I hope this helps with your decision.

What holder do you reccommend for this knife?

There's no holder for this knife it's to big so keep it in the the protective sleeve it comes in.
