I've been using these gummiea for my son for years. Its the only slept gummy he will eat and they make him tired and relaxed within 15-30 minutes. I like that they're mostly natural ingredients. Could be better but for the occasional use, its ok! They're a berry flavor, not terrible. You definitely get more for your money.

These work very well .also take magnesium glycinate or mag 8 complex around the same time .Definitely helps my husband sleep better .Gets in a good deep sleep for about 6hrs .

Has been nice to control my sleep a bit. Though I have to take at exactly 7:15pm or it won't work and I tend to build up a slight resistance when I take constantly. It helps me sleep when my ADHD causes me to have insomnia.

Helps me fall asleep, the only thing, I might not stay asleep. Nice taste and easy to take if you don't like swallowing pills. Take right before bed, make sure your room is cool and dark.

Very effective for sleep

Ok something is up with Olly gummies. We have ordered this several times and only had an issue this last time in December 2025. They were all stuck together. Like the whole bag. As if it had sat in a hot truck for a week and melted together. I did a return with Amazon and decided to buy at a local big box store - they were also all stuck together. The gummies themselves are usually great - a few stuck together here and there throughout the pack. The dose is marketed as 3mg, just know two gummies is one serving. So each one is 1.5mg. Taste = 5 stars Texture = 5 stars Effect = 5 stars (and I only take one at a time which is 1.5mg)

Bought this as a refill pack after finishing the bottle I bought initially. Works great and effect kicks in about 30mins after consumption. Really helped my sleep, I wake up less at odd hours in the morning and even if I do I can go back to sleep more easily.
