I need more cheese in my life
The media could not be loaded. Overall a great product. Wasn't expecting that there would be other recipes in the book (even though it mentions it on the cover 😆) but the non cheese recipes are not a bad thing and a bit of a bonus, so still seems like a pretty rad cheese book. Book is high quality, easy to follow, and gives a good variety of cheeses. I also want to mention I said it had a 4.9 rating...I was wrong it is 4.6 but still good!

I am really looking forward to using the recipe in this book. It seems very straightforward and ingredients are not out of this world weird

Informative
I'm not a big fan of books like this. However, much to my surprise, this is a good User Manual. Very clear. Very precise. Very informative. Glad I purchased it.

So much fun!
This book was a great introduction to home cheese making! Easy to follow recipes and great explanations on why! As a person in the food industry, I've always wanted to know why. While this is my hobby, I still like the why and the history. It's a really good read when you are just starting out. Good progression of cheeses to help you learn the techniques and processes. I'd had some experience making fresh ricotta and paneer, and a fresh chevre, it was fun learning to culture and build some more involved cheeses, including learning to create the rinds and the aging process. Also a great exercise in patience for someone like me who doesn't always have it! As you move through the chapters, you'll learn more that you can apply with each style of cheese. I appreciated the inclusion of the equipment needed also. It's been so much fun!
