perfect fit foe Dell small form factor desktop!
I was working on a friend's PC and it did not have a caddy for an additional hard drive. I ordered this caddy and it worked perfectly. This will not fit all Dell computers, but after research this was the correct caddy.

Fit perfectly in an Optiplex 7040 SFF
As the title indicates, I ordered this for a 7040 SFF, and it fit perfectly.It seemed a little flimsy, but for all I know an OEM one is the same way. I wasn't sure if the pins for holding the hdd were meant to be pushed put, so I put one side of the hdd in first, then pulled the other side of the tray away until the other side of the hard drive could fit into place. Then I locked the tray into the computer, with no issues. It works great and I'm pleased with my purchase.

Perfect fit for Optiplex 5050 SFF
I got a used Optiplex 5050 SFF on Amazon for $10, but it didn't have a hard drive caddy for a 3.5" drive. This shipped fast and fits perfectly.
