Worth the Money!!!
Samsung has done it again. I am a Samsung nut with electronics to include kitchen appliances. This television has brilliant colors, easy to set up, and it mirrors my other Samsung devices like the tablets and phones. The curve in the tv still draws me into the picture and adds, even if some think it is a novelty, some depth to the movies we watch. I even added a Sonos playbar and sub and I have created a masterpiece in my family room. Great purchase.

Don’t buy this TV
A few weeks after I bought thisTV, the TV started to flicker—-it would turn off and then on all by itself every minute. Did everything in the manual troubleshooting, didn’t work. Called SAMSUNG, and sent me a replacement control box. It became worse (more frequent flickering). Called SAMSUNG again, the service person is booked for 10 days and no Saturday service available. He came on Wednesday and could not figure it out. He came again on Friday with software replacement, still didn’t work. He said he will call SAMSUNG ( he is not a Samsung person but a third party service guy!!) on Monday and call me back. He didn’t call me till a week later while I was on another line. When I tried to call him back, I received an email from Samsung saying that my service call was cancelled because I didn’t answer I the call for four times. My iphone shows that he called only once. Called Samsung again, and set up another Wednesday service call. I am sick and tired of this dysfunctional TV and incompetent 3rd party service. Hope to get a full refund and return this TV.Update on April 14>>As you can see above, I was waiting for a Wednesday morning service call at 9 am missing work. Then I get a call at 8:40 am: "“Hi I'm calling from TechConnect .... unfortunately we won't be able to come out for your appointment today so we're going to need to reschedule please give us a call back...goodbye"So I complained about a no-show and about the service man coming out three times without being able to figure out what was wrong with the new TV. The service man was not knowledgeable or skilled, hence he had to be on the phone with Samsung all the time during his previous service calls. Then each time he brings in parts or software that don't solve the problem. Unless he brings in the entire TV, he is not going to be able to fix the problem--- he himself agreed. But Samsung's repair folks, 'TechConnect' in Sacramento says they won't do that.On Friday I get another call:“Hi I'm calling from TechConnect ... so please give us a call back to either schedule or confirm the cancellation."They are going to cancel again?Update on June 23>>Finally, after so many phone calls and emails over more than six months, I received a refund check.I bought an LG C8 OLED 65" TV. Awesome color and picture quality. I am much happier now.

Beautiful picture form all angles
Beautiful picture form all angles. Sharp, colorful. However, it started turning off and back on, after 3 months. Samsung's warranty is less sharp. They send you the part. First it was 2 - 3 days. Then it was 10 calendar days. Then 14. Wrong part, still doing the same problem, except now the remote is not working. So now they will send a tech, not a Samsung Tech. Private company. Has to order the parts without looking at the TV. This company is very busy, 10 days out. Almost a month without my TV. Very disappointed. If I had bought this TV at a local store I could have returned it.

The media could not be loaded. Generally speaking is a good TV. Not according to my expectations and for the pricing.1. There were some issues with delivery, but not Amazon's fault.2. The TV requires too much work to get the right settings. Whatever settings work for something, it doesn't look good for something else. Check the video posted and see how the black looks. It flicks on the corner and it's on the movie settings. If I find the right settings for that, something else, like sports would get messed up.3. Picture on 4K looks great watching 4K streaming on YouTube, Amazon Prime, Netflix.4. Connectivity and TV apps work great.5. TV design is superb.6. There was a black spot on the lower corner (see picture), probably dead pixels which I was told might become larger.I had to return it. I asked for replacement but since Amazon wasn't the seller, they couldn't replace it. I can't buy it again, because it's almost $400 more expensive than before.Amazon customer service = THE BEST

I've had 3 Samsung TV's. Two 55 inch one of them 3d. This TV has the best picture I have ever seen. The 4k looks like you're right there in the picture. The color is be on belief. So real. I also love the fact that it only has one wire going to it everything is plugged into a box one wire from the box to the tv and the remote runs everything I need to turn on.

DONT EVER EVER EVER THINK ABOUT BUYING A TV FROM AMAZON. ID BE SURPRISED IF THEY WERE ACTUALLY AUTHENTIC UNITS. BLUE LINE APPEARED ON MY SCREEN AN DTHEN COLORS STARTED SHIFTING SHADES. THE THING WAS SET UP AND NOT TOUCHED SINCE IT CAME OUT OF THE BOX. JUST CRAPPED OUT.I CALL AMAZON AND THERES NOTHING THEY CAN DO AND TELL ME TO CONTACT SAMSUNG MYSLEF. WHAT A HOAX. Love it!
WOW is the best I can say! This TV has exceed what I expected and is great to watch. If feels and looks like you are right there in whatever you are watching. The apps are good. There are a few I would like to see added but over all this is a fantastic TV. The connection is intuitive and expansive overall.
