Exactly what it says on the tin, this is a nice and firm as well as reasonably sized seat. I did not have any issues with the headrest coming off on its own, so long as secured with all 4 buttons it should just stay put. Surprisingly easy to surface clean and can I just say? Thank God for pockets! That is such a wonderful design feature. No discernable scent and it is fairly weighty (I'd estimate about 15 lbs)All in all, it's a substantial seat and we'll worth the money, the materials are high quality and I see no weaknesses in the stitching or fabric.

Enjoyed the back support and height of the product. Made working at home day a comforting experience.

Once I let the pillow expand, it’s nice and firm and does what it’s supposed to! But there is a strange film on it—it’s hard to describe. My hands feel tacky, like there is a film on them. I’ve been spraying the pillow down with water and wiping off with a paper towel to try to remove it.

This "pillow" is great! Helps all your aches and pains as it supports multiple parts of your neck, shoulder& arms while sitting in bed or where ever you want to relax with soft fabric and quality support!It was a little more expensive than some others BUT you will see why once you try it...It's worth a few more dollars because you will have it forever & enjoy the support and comfort it givesIn the long run you'll save money cause you won't need to buy a new one every year or so!

While I am a vine voice, i bought this product myself.I bought this for me as I am a remote worker and my office is my bed during the winter when downstairs is freezing.As you can see from the pics it is not as firm and sturdy as the advertisement picture. I was really looking for something that can stand firm without a bed board, so I can change positions and sit on te edge of the bed.I bought another brand for my daughter and same issue, not as firm probably due to the vacuum packaging maybe breaking down the foam, or the product was never that firm to begin with.This product simply is not as advertised. While it is comfortable, with soft fabric covering, it is not as firm as advertised.Did come with the roll cushion for the head, (that’s what the buttons are for), but it flops either to the front or to the back of cushion it doesn’t stand firm like the advertisement.If you are looking for something more firm that could stand straight on its own like me, you might pass on this one!

I bought this for my 92yr old mom so she can read in bed. She tried other types and this one was perfect for her. She’s very small framed. This gives good back support with the bolster under her knees. Arm rests are perfect. Mom loves it!

I bought this pillow for a friend who is recuperating at home from a stroke. He uses it in his bed for reading and resting. He is tall, about 6 feet, and this pillow is a good size for him. The roll-out mat and extra pillow roll helps stabilize the main pillow, and supports my friend's knees. I would buy this again.

The size is right for me. I love the arm rest. I use the pillow as lumbar support. The chair is too straight for me. I am happy with this product.
