I started looking for glitter/shimmer makeup recently, and wasn't really pleased with what I found. I decided to get matte formulas and just add a glitter myself. I'm definitely pleased with that decision; it was cheaper, and I can tailor the look I want, getting more variety. The glue that came included was a deciding factor for me over other glitter brands, as I wanted the glitter to stay in place and not shed everywhere. The glue works well and definitely is a positive for facial and body use. It's not overly sticky or constricting. It should be noted that if you put it on your eyelid and open your eyes before the glue dries, it'll cause the creases to stick together. It isn't painful, just mildly annoying. If you keep your eye closed until the glue dries, it works fine. Glue and glitter is easily removed with eye remover wipes, baby wipes, and makeup remover and cotton or cloth. As for the glitter itself, it would be worth purchase alone. I love the party look it creates. There are three sizes of glitter included, and the effect is a lot more fun/cool looking than any one size alone. There's a very fine, sand grain-sized, small/medium circles/octagons, and larger shapes including more circles/octagons, moons, butterflies, stars, and hearts. (See pic.) They're all silvery and holographic, fantastic when it hits the light. I mostly use it around the eye area, my favorite look is under the eye alone. Note that the glitter itself does not stick to powdery surfaces, such as powdered eyeshadow or foundation. With liquid makeup, if applied before it completely dries, it sticks just fine without the glue. If you use a powder under it, you'll need the glue, and consider that the brush is thin for precise application, about the size of liquid eyeliner. Two containers are included. I would consider them relatively small for the amount you can get for art projects, but for glitter makeup, it's not a bad amount. (See pic, swiss army knife included for size comparison.) Overall, will purchase again when it runs out.

Exactly what I was looking for! I had previously purchased rave glitter that came in a tube pre-mixed with the glue. I ended up returning it because it was really hard to apply evenly and hard to get the desired amount of glitter. it took forever to dry, felt cracky/sticky, etc. so I was very pleased when I got this in the mail! This set comes with glue that you paint on the areas where you want the glitter to go. And two little containers of loose chunky glitter. Yes it’s messy during the application process, but it’s glitter so that should be expected. Once I applied the glue, I held a paper plate under my face and pinched the loose glitter out of the jar and sprinkled it on my face and then patted it down. it is so pretty and sparkly! Can’t wait to use it at the concert I bought it for! The attached picture is just me testing it out. I only had to apply it once and this is how thick it was. And when it dried, it didn’t even feel sticky or anything. I can’t even feel it and it’s in an area where if I smile that skin wrinkles, but I still can’t even feel it. LOVE!

So cute and chunky! Got lots of compliments on it. Easy to apply, stayed on all night and came off easy. No discomfort at all either.

This product is wonderful. However, be prepared to clean glitter for the next 10yrs. The gel goes on first and then you have to figure out how to place the glitter without making it look like Tinkerbell exploded all over your house. It looks fabulous in hair and as an eyeliner. My daughter loved it and got a ton of compliments. The only reason I knocked off a star was for the mess it creates but this stuff is a good product! Maybe layout a plastic table cloth under the person to reduce glitterfying your house!

Pardon the close up, but this glitter is 10/10. Absolutely amazing. I should absolutely preface I did not use the glue that was provided, since I wasn’t really for sure what was in the tube. However, I just used my DUO eyelash glue with the glitter and it worked AMAZING! I used it going to an outdoor rave and it stayed all night! It went on with ease just using a makeup brush and of course there wall glitter falling on my counter as I was applying, but it was actually really easy to clean up! Even though I had it pretty thick on both sides of my face, I still have plenty left in the first pot and it comes with two! So, definitely a good bang for your buck!

Got these for my rave event, and the sparkle is dazzling. And the 2 pots are way more then enough. I barely dipped in it a couple times and it definitely went such a long way. I love that it came with glue and is easy to put on, I had it layered on my eyes and face and it was like it wasn't even there. Not to mention it stayed on ALL night. Through dancing and crowd weaving. It shines so beautiful in the lights, and honestly even though I'm going to find it everywhere now I don't regret it.

I used this glitter on my eye lids, side of face and lips for Halloween. Every where that I put it, it stayed ALL NIGHT. I drank throughout the night and never needed to reapply to my lips. This is great product. Also, a little goes a long way. I ordered two thinking I may need that for multiple days and I was wrong. One was perfect and it looks really good. To note, I have darker skin and there was no issue with is showing up.

This is really pretty and sparkly but the pieces of glitter are huge!! It’s more like sequins than glitter to me, especially for makeup glitter. it’s definitely not fine glitter more like craft glitter, I will try but don’t think I’ll like it
