Frida Mom Breast Mask for Lactation Support, Made with Fenugreek & Fennel to increase Milk Supply, 2 Sheet Masks

I tried these when i felt like i was undersupplying my baby, and they did cause a little boost back to the healthy amount my baby needed. These didn’t put me into oversupply but, as part of healthy eating and good pumping habits - they do help boost me when I feel I can’t keep up. The price makes them unsustainable for daily use but i use them for a boost when my babe has growth spurts and I can’t keep up with the demand.

I would have given it 5 stars but I really think these could be one sided. Laying around for 15/20mins with the mask on and boobs out to avoid Messing up a bra or shirt wasn’t super convenient. These work great for needing a quick refill. I used these during a time when my little one was cluster feeding and really needed to re-up on my milk as I had to go out and it took less than 2 hrs. So I keep a pack around for emergencies. Not something I would use regularly though

I was hesitant to use it because of Fenugreek but figured the risk of it effecting my supply negatively would be less because of it being a mask… that being said I’m really glad I tried this I noticed a dip in my supply the past week from getting 4 oz a session to 2 oz after using these I got even more than my usual 4oz I got around 6 oz! Definitely will be trying when I feel like my supply is dipping again. Keep in mind not everything works the same for everyone they may or may not work for you but for me these have been a god sent

2 weeks after I had my baby I was admitted to the hospital for an infection. While there I was put on an all clear liquid diet and wasn’t producing very much breast milk when I got out. We had to start substituting formula. I start barely making enough to last the night. I decided to give these a try and my milk supply has doubled. I went from only being able to be one or two bottles in the fridge to supplying enough for 6 bottles.

This worked in 2 hours for me. I was on empty due to a sick LO and I put this on to help get a boost. I could see a difference in my refill rate after 2 hours. Usually it take 6-8 to be full but I was full in 4 hours after using. Also no gas! Sometimes fenugreek is disagreeable. But my baby hasn’t complained.
